Urur Olcott Kuppam Project

Urur Olcott Kuppam Model is an initiative for improving the quality of life in underprivileged urban settlements with a focus on basic infrastructure – access to water & sanitation and reimagining this as community space.

Urur Olcott Kuppam Model is a community-driven initiative to empower the villagers so that they can be informed of their choices and influence their own collective futures in a sustainable manner.

Urur Olcott Kuppam Model has the following main focus areas-
• Water and Sanitation
• Waste Management
• Community Spaces

When implemented, it will also demonstrate a significant leap forward in the following cross-cutting themes-
• Rights for vulnerable communities
• Gender Equality rights
• Health and Hygiene
• Protection of livelihoods
